The College wanted to move the veterinary technology program from its outdated downtown facility to a new, modern building on campus.
Working with a local architecture firm, we helped the College create an ideal setting for their students to learn about veterinary medicine in a hands-on clinical and education building.
The new facility was designed to meet the College’s strict budget, but to also provide the space, equipment, and finishes to meet the demands of an active, practicing veterinary hospital.
The spaces were designed to care for students, as well as animals, with a large classroom, ample space to observe procedures in treatment and surgery, and a commons for study and collaboration..
In addition to the clinical and student spaces, the facility provides indoor/outdoor housing for dogs, cat housing and play space, and a room to house small animals.
Support spaces including laundry, food prep, offices, and storage were also incorporated to create this fully functional veterinary clinic.
