As the second in a series of first-class, mega-pet resort facilities for the Fried Companies, this two-story pet resort is located close to Dulles Airport for easy drop off and pick up. At 35,000 square feet, Dulles is even larger than the original 27,000 square-foot Olde Towne Pet Resort in Springfield, Virginia that we completed just a few years earlier.
This second facility features an indoor pool, three over-sized indoor/outdoor playrooms, over 200 premium dog suites, and more than 50 premium cat condos. OTPR-Dulles also houses multiple staff offices on the second floor of the building.
